What a wonderful view , the foods were amazing, we ordered schnitzel and special meatball with potato salad 🥗 that Maria offered us, what a nice people🫶Italian family running the restaurant, all had smiles on their faces, they welcomed us very kindly and we really enjoyed our time there. Serwis was excellent, both ladies working today were funny and very helpful, thank you very much! Food was delicious, pasta with spinach was very fresh. Pizza-like dish was also amazing. However, there was only one pepper and salt for the whole restaurant… no olive oil and there is no spaghetti on the menu. I can recommend this place for everyone who likes to eat a great food watching a splendid view!

This is my second time there, and it's always an experience. The view of the Rhine, the super friendly guests, and the schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce! My family and I felt very comfortable and didn't have to wait any longer than necessary, even with the terrace packed. The owner also greeted us with a warm welcome and offered us her homemade plum cake. Simply wonderful!

Super tolles Ambiente und das Essen ist hervorragend! Wir waren hier zu fünft Essen und sind alle sehr zufrieden. Es gab Schaschlick Spieße auf Reis, Bratwurst auf Kartoffel-Karotten Stampf, leckere Pasta Bolognese , Lamm Koteletts und gefüllte Ofenkartoffel mit Hackfleisch,Gemüse und Röstzwiebeln. Alles top. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alle Gerichte zwischen 10-14€ Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal.

A fantastic atmosphere and the food is excellent! Five of us ate here and we were all very satisfied. We had shashlik skewers on rice, bratwurst on mashed potatoes and carrots, delicious pasta Bolognese, lamb chops, and a baked potato filled with minced meat, vegetables, and fried onions. Das Schlosscafé Luigi Ponzenta hat mich rundum begeistert! Der Kundenservice war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich, man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Das Essen war köstlich und die Atmosphäre einfach zauberhaft. Ein absolutes Muss für jeden, der ein besonderes Café-Erlebnis sucht!

This is a cafe inside the castle! We had a light meal at an outdoor table while looking out at the Rhine. The price was a little high, but I guess it included the cost of transporting the food up the mountain. The gnocchi was deep fried, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and delicious.
